DOUGLAS COUNTY LAW & JUSTICE | East Wenatchee, WA

Completed in three phases, the new Law & Justice facility started with preparing civil improvements for the 5-acre site, construction of the secure Evidence Storage Facility for the Sheriff’s Office, and the final phase of 18,000 sf structure housing District Courts, Sheriff’s Offices, and support functions.

CITY OF LAKE STEVENS POLICE STATION | Lake Stevens, WA

Remodel of 2 existing buildings. The 8,390 sf building accommodates the Police Station for public lobby, offices, conference rooms, interview rooms, admin support, storage, and amenities, with an added 1,000 sf for Intake and Processing. The 2,440 sf building accommodates Evidence|Training for training, lockers, and showers, with an added 3,145 sf for evidence and vehicle storage.  New paint and resealed roofing of the existing buildings enhanced the northwestern lodge character. New landscaping, fencing w/ gates, and parking provide an overall updated look.

CITY OF SUNNYSIDE FIRE STATION | Sunnyside, WA

New construction of 9,500 sf on the main level and a complete remodel for the existing 6,600 sf fire station, as well as related site improvements, which include parking, landscaping and walkways.

NILE-CLIFFDELL FIRE STATION | Naches, WA

A new 7,600 sf free-standing station for Yakima County Fire District 14, housing 4 apparatus bays, office and training functions. This station also serves additional functions such as a community meeting space and emergency management center when needed.

GRANT COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT 3 | Quincy, WA

A new 30,000 sf facility including 7 drive-thru bays, administrative offices, maintenance bays, training room and residence quarters, along with a partial 2nd floor. The combined rural and urban responsibilities require a broad range of apparatus. There is a need to bring maintenance on site, while providing a facility that can also be used for training a largely volunteer fire crew. A later expansion added a wash bay and finished crew quarters.

GRANT COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT 3 | George, WA

Originally this was an unmanned station of about 2,400 sf, then was remodeled and addition of 6,500 sf was built in 2010. This modernization will allow for new truck bays, residential quarters, a meeting room and administration space. By completing these renovations, the facility is now a manned station to better serve their constituents.

LIFELINE AMBULANCE | Wenatchee, WA

This headquarters building features 1,650 sf of apparatus bays with an attached 2,400 sf of 2-story structure containing office, dayroom with a kitchen, crew's quarters and meeting space. The building is flat-roofed and is highlighted by curved walls reminiscent of the 1930's Art Moderne style.

LIFELINE AMBULANCE | Omak, WA

A 9,132 sf single-story building for emergency apparatus. Bays are flanked by crew quarters and administrative offices.

DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS | Wenatchee, WA

The Norco building, which was partially a retail store for the Norco gas products and their warehouse for storage, has been converted to a finished office space for the Department of Corrections. The Department of Correction’s work release facilities are meant to help former inmates transition from prison to life in the community. The existing 9,000 square foot building has been remodeled inside an outside to house interview rooms, training, armory and offices. The parking includes a secured parking area, ev charging stations and direct walking pathway to the public street
