ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 

QUALIFICATIONS

​

  • 3 years administrative experience

  • Strong computer skills

  • Strong customer service and phone skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

  • Quickbooks experience preferred

  • Experience in architectural or related field preferred but not required

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Responsible person with eagerness and willingness to work and adhere to a set schedule

  • Motivated to learn and contribute in a team environment


RESPONSIBILITIES

​

  • Coordinate office activities

  • Answer phones

  • Greet visitors

  • Pick up and distribute mail

  • Scanning & filing

  • Handle office supplies

  • Create or modify documents in Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Backup support for AP/AR

  • Assist with building tenant management

  • General office cleanup

  • Support staff as needed

ARCHITECT / PROJECT DESIGNER  

 

QUALIFICATIONS

​

  • 3-5 yrs experience in an architectural office setting

  • Experience in all phases of project development

  • Experience with the permitting process

  • Familiar with the Energy Code and IBC, IRC, ANSI, ADA Standards for accessible design.  

  • Motivated to learn and contribute in a team environment

  • Interest in pursuing Architectural licensure preferred

  • Bachelor of Sciences in Architectural Studies preferred

  • Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite required

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred

  • Experience using 3-D and graphic software design tools

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Design and graphic skills

  • Problem-solving skills


RESPONSIBILITIES

​

  • Support all phases of project development from Design through Construction Administration

  • Assist Project Architect with project assignments and deadlines

​

  • Salary range $32-$40/hr DOE

This is not a remote position and employees are expected to work full time (40 hrs/week) in person at our main office location. Some travel to job sites may be required.
