Coconut Kenny's is a 4,200 sf tenant improvement project with indoor seating for 120 persons plus an additional 26 seats in the covered outdoor patio area. The open seating area and unique details make Coconut Kenny’s a functional and fun eatery and hangout spot.
LAKE STEVENS BREWING | Lake Stevens, WA
The Lake Stevens Brewing Company Project is new construction of a 5,000 sf brewing and tasting facility. It consists of 1,400 sf of brew production space, 1000 sf of barrel and can storage, and the remaining 2,600 sf is for a tasting area and meeting room. A cozy outdoor seating area is the perfect place for relaxing with a brew under the 1,300 sf covered patio area or in the 1,300 SF of open air seating.

EZ's BURGER DELUXE | Wenatchee, WA
A design award winner, EZ's resembles a 50's diner, but was actually an extensive 1992 renovation of a gas station office. Exterior treatments include colored plaster, glass block and its most distinctive feature, roof-mounted signate. Departing from normal 2-D signage, EZ's 3-D rooftop signage of super-sized burgers, fries and Coke becomes part of the building itself.
