PYBUS PUBLIC MARKET | Wenatchee, WA

The 25,000 sf historic steel structure at the foot of Orondo St. in Wenatchee was erected just after WWII and served as a manufacturing and fabrication shop. The interior was developed for 16 separate vendors, ranging from restaurants, meat & seafood sales, bakery and arts & crafts. The surrounding land serves as a permanent home to the Wenatchee Farmers Market. Pybus is strategically located between downtown Wenatchee and Riverfront Park, infusing a strong economic vitality to the Worthen Street corridor.

WENATCHEE VALLEY HUMANE SOCIETY | Wenatchee, WA

This new 11,000 sf facility  was completed in phases and includes dog kennel, office, cat shelter and vet clinic. Attention was given to providing a welcoming atmosphere that encourages the public to visit and interact with the shelter animals. Reduction of stress for the animals was accomplished by larger kennels, outdoor play areas, natural daylighting and enhanced hygiene. Administration space was enlarged for operational efficiency and includes a community area for educational programs as well as community, staff and volunteer training.

NORTH CENTRAL REGIONAL LIBRARY | Wenatchee, WA

NCRL is a historic Art Modern structure that was previously a Coca-Cola Company bottling plant. It was remodeled with careful attention to detailing to produce a building that complies with today's standards, but remains faithful to its original design .The facility provides 31,000 sf of efficient, sophisticated, modern office and media distribution space.

QUINCY LIBRARY | Quincy, WA

This new library is nearly 10,000 sf and features a multi-purpose room that accommodates 43 occupants, which is also available for public meetings and children's programs. The library was able to expand their collection by about 30%. In the winter months users can cuddle up next to one of the two-sided fireplaces.

KOHO RADIO | Wenatchee, WA

KOHO  radio relocated to the former home of one of Washington's oldest radio stations, and now occupies the 5,600 sf upper floor, which was gutted to the structural skeleton, with all new walls and ceilings constructed for KOHO needs, including two studios and support offices. At the exterior, new EIFS plasters were added with granite infill panels for signage.

CATHOLIC FAMILY & CHILD SERVICES | Wenatchee, WA

New 3 story, 13,998 sq ft building, used as a general office building with parking and landscaping amenities.The floors include a basement, main floor and upper floor. The building was designed so that the shell of the building is constructed ahead of the interior tenant spaces. The lobby area stairs and elevator have been centered on the plan and walled with glass to create a unique visual element at the front entry.

FAMILY SERVICES OF GRANT COUNTY | Moses Lake, WA

This 16,100 sf facility was designed with the opportunity for additional growth, and includes 7 classrooms, a kitchen and a multi-purpose room. Family Planning includes counseling and clinical services. Administrative offices provide a management hub for this facility as well as various satellite operations.
