THE FIRM - MJ Neal Associates was established in 1986. We are a general services architectural practice, meaning we provide a broad range of services to a diverse list of clients across Washington. In this firm we employ a team concept, which is built on a mutual respect and the free exchange of ideas for the overall success of the project. Within this firm we utilize communication, listening to one another’s ideas and working together to solve problems as a group.

MARK J. NEAL - PRINCIPAL, A.I.A. - As founder and principal of MJ Neal Associates Mr. Neal continues to develop a list of satisfied new clients and continues to work with clients established prior to the firm’s formation. Project types continue to be diverse in use and building types. PERSONAL STATEMENT “Project success is measured in a reflection of the owner’s goals and objectives for the environment we design. Those goals and objectives are individual and unique to each project. Ranging from simple functional elements, through budget considerations, to the character and emotions of a space; quality design must respond to each. Only when both function and aesthetics are addressed can a project be successful.”'

Brad A. Brisbine-Architect; -Mr. Brisbine’s responsibilities within the firm have included project design, job captain, and project administrator. Mr. Brisbine brings to the firm his array of diverse design experiences and draws upon his artistic background to add individuality to each project. Carson A. Lutz-Mr. Lutz has seen a number of projects from conceptual design thru construction completion. Mr. Lutz has a diverse portfolio of design projects as well as design and graphic skills combine well with his technological expertise, which helps him to transform ideas into realistic images.
