Avalon Music, Wenatchee, WA- This is a new 4,000 square foot plus facility which was completed in the of fall 2009 and Avalon reopened its’ doors. Avalon Music decided to tear down their existing building and double their current size on the same lot. The new building houses more room for teaching studios, a performance area for clinics, an expanded repair center and an even greater instrument selection.

Grant County Fire Protection District #3, George Fire & Life Safety Facility, George Washington - Currently this station is an unmanned battalion of about 2,400 sq ft. This space is to be remodeled and receive an addition of 6,500 sq ft. This renovation will allow for new truck bays, residential quarters a meeting space, and administration area. The new facility will allow the station to be manned at all times.  George Fire Station
