grant county fire district no. 3 Grant County Fire District No. 3, Quincy, WA- A 30,000 square foot facility with seven drive-thru bays, administrative offices, maintenance facilities, training facility, residence quarters and a partial unfinished second floor. This fire station’s responsibilities require a broad range of apparatus because of their rural and urban commitments. There was a need to bring maintenance on site, while providing a facility that can be used for training a largely volunteer fire crew. The main facility was completed spring of 2006. Currently they require an additional washbay and construction got underway fall 2008.
Quincy Library

Quincy Public Library, Quincy, WA- This new library will be 9,785 square feetThe library will be able to expand their collection by about 30 percent. In the winter months users will be able to cuddle up next to one of the two sided fireplaces.

Riverside Landing

Riverside Landing, Wenatchee, WA- The main purpose of the buildings and the complex are to better serve the Wenatchee community, by providing offices, retail and new housing located downtown and on the river. This project will take place over the next twenty years and help to propel Wenatchee into the business hub that it could be, while making the downtown area dense with this large scale mixed use project.
