Lake Stevens Station – Everett, WA.  Fronting on Highway 9 south of its intersection of HWY 204, the 40 plus acre site is defined as well as encumbered by the wetland that borders most of the newly created parcels. Carved from the wetlands are seven lots designed with buildings ranging from 3000 sf  to a 120,000 sf building occupied by a Target store. Designs are complete for the remaining sites as well.
