THE COMMUNITY CENTER

Sunset Ridge - 32 unit affordable housing project with a 3000 s.f. Community Building on 3.1 acres in East Wenatchee, WA.  A blend of one, two, three, and four-bedroom units were designed in townhouse and flat configurations.  Character was established using front porches, varying color and simple detailing while still achieving the target budget.  Grants, loans and tax credit financing provided funding for the project.  The project’s general partner was Chelan Douglas Community Action Council.
