The Homestead Fruit Stand and Cafe, Pateros, WA- An extensive remodel of an existing North Cascades National Bank turned this build into the Homestead. The Homestead required space for several different activities consisting of a café, pizza place, coffee shop, gift shop and fruit stand. All of the activities are located on the main floor and the café seating is located upstairs. In the warmer months the owners open the all glass garage door to roll out their produce and bring people indoors.
