Eastmont Jr. High Redevelopment- East Wenatchee, WA- The 2-story main building on the Eastmont High School Campus was built in 1947. The main building was added onto as well as the campus around it. The campus continued to grow and eventually became the Junior High School, which included classrooms, shop space, cafeteria/auditorium, gymnasium, and playing field. After a new Junior High was built, the property was sold and is now being upgraded and remodeled. The gymnasium has been converted into Gold’s Gym and the classroom building is being remodeled into modern offices spaces. There are several tenats already in place. Eastern Regional Headquarters for Washington State Parks and Recreation and several others.
