North Central Regional Library (NCRL) Wenatchee, WA – This historic Art Modern structure was previously a bottling plant for the Coca-Cola Company. The plant was remodeled with careful attention to detailing to produce a building that complies with today’s standards, but remains faithful to its original design. The facility provides 31,000 square feet of efficient, sophisticated modern office and book distribution space. This project was contracted in three segments, in part to allow use of inmate workers provided by Washington State for selected areas of the project construction and furniture provisions.
