Okanogan County Child Development Association, Omak, WA – A 4,200 square foot Headstart facility for the Omak community. The wood framed structure features preschool and infant classrooms, a kitchen and related support functions. Sensitivity to the challenging site and surrounding neighborhood influenced the resulting design.
